Area information

A must for visitors is a trip to the wonderful toy town of Seiffen. In Neuhausen itself you will find the biggest Nutcracker Museum in Europe. Nearby you will find the towns of Freiburg, Dresden and Olbernhau. Hikers can explore the Ore Mountains, while culture vultures can visit the many sights in the area.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
