If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
