Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
