Our friendly and elegant hotel has been run by our family since 3 generations and apart from tastefully furnished rooms and a fine restaurant offers you inviting wellness facilities. A minibar is available on request. All guest rooms are fully en-suite and feature a cable TV. We also own the Ristorante Veneziano Piazza in the centre of Brig and the Papas Tex-Mex Bodega & Bar as well as the Opiume bar in Naters. Various banquet and seminar rooms are at your disposal for private or business events in the Hotel Touring.

The Touring hotel restaurant is open 7 days a week. Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 24:00. Sunday from 08.00 to 24:00.

Travel information

Arrival by train: - Alight at the train station in Brig. - After leaving the train, in the underpass walk towards Naters and not towards the city of Brig. - Cross the bridge over the Rhone and proceed on the main street for 200 metres. - The hotel is located on your right-hand side.

Area information

The town of Naters with its 8000 inhabitants is located right in the centre of the Upper Valais region and is directly connected via the Lötschberg and the Simplon to the international transportation network leading to the Valais and to Italy . It takes you only a 5-minute walk to get from Naters to the train station in Brig. Naters is located on a unique natural terrace stretching from 673 metres above sea level on the right banks of the Rhone over the Natischer mountain to Blatten (1327 metres), to the Belalp above the timber line, and up to the 4195 metres-high Aletschhorn.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
