Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  BRL 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
