Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged BRL 132.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
