Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % Tax is not included.  USD 40.00 service charge per stay is not included.  USD 16.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Lunch is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Dinner is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
