Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.25 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 2.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
