Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 15.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 19.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.25 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 2.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
