Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 7.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
