A Vacation Protection Plan can be added to reservations for USD 20. Total with tax USD 21.80, this fee is non-refundable, but protects against cancellations, changes, and early departures. This option must be added within 24 hours of confirming reservation. Guests are required to be 21 years of age to check-in. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Offsite trailer parking will be provided for both May Bike Weeks. A USD 20 per day fee will be assessed.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 5.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  4 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
