The hotel is accessible for wheel chairs. There is a ramp at the entrance.There are no special rooms for the disabled.

Payment can either be done on arrival or at departure. As a deposit for payment the hotel requires travel documents.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs OMR 0.80 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs OMR 2.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs OMR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  8 % service charge per stay is not included.  9 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged OMR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
