If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is not applicable.  8 % service charge per stay is not included.  9 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs OMR 4.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs OMR 2.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged OMR 11.70 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
