Parking is strictly limited in the old town. A public car park (City Parking) is just 1 min on foot from the hotel (entrance Altstadt West). We sell tickets for this car park. You will receive further information at the reception.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
