Sauna: Our inhouse sauna is at your disposal every day. Its use is included in the room rate. With the Mürren guest card you will have free entrance to the indoor pool of the sports centre. Massages: Our medically qualified masseuse Sabina Kulicka offers several traditional and trendy massages for your relaxation. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The cosy restaurant inside the Schilthorn cable car station in Mürren is a popular meeting point serving traditional Swiss specialities such as fondue and raclette in a rustic atmosphere. In winter, the Taverne is the insider tip for après ski with music and fun. Enjoy the best from our kitchen and wine cellar in pleasant surroundings. Our à la carte offer contains a wide range of local and international specialities and seasonal dishes. Set yourself up for the day with a hearty breakfast buffet which may also be enjoyed in the revolving Piz Gloria Restaurant on the spectacular Schilthorn summit. In the evening we serve a superb seasonal à la carte menu and a delicious dinner for half board arrangements. Our beautiful panorama terrace invites you to relax and marvel at the magnificent mountain views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau region. Enjoy our choice of excellent Swiss food, homemade cakes and fine wines from our wonderful wine cellar.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
