Travel information

By car: Take the A1 or A43 motorway to Münster city centre and follow the green signposts to the hotel. Parking spaces are available in the hotel's underground garage (Grüne Gasse). By rail: From the main railway station take bus 10/14 to Aegidiimarkt or walk to the hotel (approx. 10 minutes on foot). By plane: From Münster / Osnabrück airport (30 km) take the shuttle service D50, S50 or R51 to Münster railway station and continue as above.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
