Hotel Horstmann considers itself a modern service hotel, offering service and accommodation at reasonable prices. We consciously do not offer costly features and amenities, such an own restaurant, bar, fitness etc. We limit ourselves to the essentials without losing sight of your needs. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive breakfast buffet every morning for our guests.

Food & Beverages

In our bright and friendly breakfast room we offer a sumptuous breakfast buffet every morning.

The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 23:30. If you intend to arrive outside these hours, please contact the hotel in advance and notify them of your exact arrival time.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
