Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  USD 1.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 5.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
