From München Hauptbahnhof (main railway station), take U-Bahn (underground) lines U1 or U2 to the Sendlinger Tor station. Transfer to the U-Bahn (underground) line U6 and exit at Kieferngarten. The hotel is a 2-minute walk away.

Area information

The Kieferngarten bus and U-Bahn (underground) station is 200 metres from your doorstep. The M,O,C, exhibition and events venue is 800 metres away. Munich’s city centre and Marienplatz square is 15 minutes away by public transport, while you can reach the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest site) in 20 minutes, and the Messestadt-Riem and Riem Arcaden shopping centre in about 25 minutes.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
