Hotel details

The reception is only staffed until 22:00. Please contact the hotel if you will will be arriving after this time. Guests arriving after 22:00 have to use the automatic check-in facility. Enter the hotel via the side entrance, press the bell marked 'Hotel' to open the door, and key in your code to get your key card.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 26.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 36.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
