If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
