The reception is open from 06:30 until 20:00 from Mondays to Fridays, and from 07:00 until 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to arrive outside the reception’s regular hours.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
