By train: Munich’s central railway station is just one block from the Vi Vadi Hotel. You can easily reach the hotel on foot. By plane: From Munich’s international airport Franz Joseph Strauß, take the S-Bahn (city rail) connection to the Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). The journey time is approximately 45 minutes. By car. Take the exit for München Zentrum (Munich city centre) and follow the signs to the Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). You can leave your car in the hotel’s secure underground garage for a surcharge.

Area information

The Vi Vadi Hotel sits in the Maxvorstadt district of Munich, less than one kilometre away from the historic Altstadt (Old Town). All of the city’s popular attractions are easily accessible using the U-Bahn (underground) train or the Straßenbahn (tram). The most popular attractions in Munich include the Olympiapark (Olympic Park), the Deutsches Museum (German Museum) and the Residence Palace. Munich is also the home of the world-famous Oktoberfest beer festival and numerous breweries. The Messe München International (trade fair) is approximately 11 kilometres away from the Vi Vadi.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
