Try the refreshing cocktails, exclusive tapas and the satay menu. You can even create your own cocktail, and have it named after you as 'cocktail of the day'. The Bar 48° is directly connected to the Bistro 46°47°: Enjoy delicious Mediterranean and international dishes in this restaurant. Try out the business lunch menu, Tutto Completto, or a dinner comprising daily fresh fish, housemade pasta or a selection of risotto dishes. You can watch the pasta being made, or even join in. In fine weather you can even enjoy a rich breakfast or nice barbecue on the hotel terrace.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurants and bars.

Travel information

Coming by car: You can get to the hotel via the A9, A8, A95, A96 motorways. From the end of the A9 motorway, pass the motorway bridge and take the first street (Theodor-Dombart-Straße) on your right. 50 metres ahead you will come to the hotel on the left-hand side. Using public transport from the city centre: Take the U6 from Marienplatz towards Garching Hochbrück, as far as Nordfriedhof. Exit the platform in the direction you came from, walk past the kiosk and take the steps on the right. This takes around 10 minutes. Using public transport from the main railway station: Take the U4 or U5 to Odeonsplatz, then the U6 to the Nordfriedhof station. This takes around 20 minutes. By road from Munich Airport: Head towards Munich on the A92 motorway. Change to the A9 motorway at the Neufahrn junction, and proceed to the end of the motorway. By taxi, it takes about 30 minutes, and costs approximately EUR 50. By city railway (S-Bahn): From the airport terminal, take the S1-S8 to Marienplatz, and then change to the U6 towards Garching/Fröttmaning, as far as the Nordfriedhof station. This takes around 60 minutes.

Area information

The Renaissance Munich Hotel is situated right in the heart of Munich, close to the Allianz Arena and the English Garden. The modern public transport system, consisting of underground trains (U-Bahn), city trains (S-Bahn) and buses, helps you get to the Olympic Stadium and also the trade fair centre within minutes. You are only a 10-minute underground trip from the Allianz Arena. The nearest underground station from the hotel is Nordfriedhof on the U6 line.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 26.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
