Area information

This hotel is located on the Karlsplatz, right in the heart of Munich, just a 3-minute walk from the main railway station. The Marienplatz with its famous town-hall, exclusive shopping streets such as Maximilianstraße, famous museums, theatre and opera are very close at hand. You can get around Munich very easily on all forms of public transport such as city trains, underground trains, trams and buses, as the Karlsplatz/Stachus stop is right outside the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
