Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged THB 1600.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
