Hotel details

Room rates on 25th December and 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately. ************************************************************************ Please note that speedboat transfer to and from Paradee Resort is compulsory and applicable to all reservations. The room rate does not include the additional speedboat transfer fee. Guests can choose from two transfer options: Option 1: A roundtrip scheduled speedboat transfer service departing at 11:00 from the mainland and 13:00 from Paradee. Option 2: A roundtrip private speedboat transfer service.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
