Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
