Rooms

Our tastefully decorated 1, 2 & 3 bedroom with 1 or 2 bathroom apartments over all 3 levels have either a spacious courtyard or sea views from the balcony. At a time convenient to you we will service the apartment weekly which involves the replacement of all the linen (incl beach towels) and hospitality items, the beds remade, plus a general clean of the kitchen and bathroom.

Travel information

We offer a free pickup from Tauranga Airport which is only 5kms away from Belle Mer Apartments. Taxi from Tauranga Bus Depot would cost approx 25 NZD but some bus services will drop off at the Mount Maunganui Information Centre which is only 300 metres from Belle Mer. Let us know prior to your arrival and we can help you with these arrangements.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of NZD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 20.00 per stay for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 2 to 16 years is charged NZD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20.00 per stay for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
