Payment Policy: The Hotel quotes and accepts payments in Russian roubles only (RUB). Payments made by credit card at the hotel will be also charged in roubles. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotels control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Instant Purchase Internet Rates: Promotional instant purchase rates are non-changeable, non-refundable and require a 100% prepayment. The guest must be the owner of the bank card used and the same bank card must be presented at check-in upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs RUB 1500.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged RUB 1890.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
