The apartments and studios are all modern, with bright decoration and enjoy plenty of natural light. You can enjoy excellent views from the apartment balconies or terraces.

Hotel details

This is a private, modern complex with 8 apartments and 8 studios. There is a cleaning service 5 times a week, with towel changes twice a week and the changing of sheets on the beds once a week. At your request, we can provide rolls or fresh bread delivered to your door each morning. You can also enjoy panoramic views from our large terrace, supplied with a sun terrace area, hammocks and a shower. There is also a small library situated in the reception area.

Food & Beverages

You can self cater in these apartments or, alternatively, enjoy the excellent fresh fish offered by one of the many island's restaurants. Favourite local dishes include the "atún" or "mero" varieties of fish, caught by local fishermen. You will also be able to enjoy our large range of prawns and mussels with "mojo" dressing.

Guests are asked to notify the staff of their expected time of arrival on the contact details which will appear on the Booking Confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 7 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
