The complex’s kid’s club caters for children between 4 and 12. The dedicated entertainment team provides a varied programme of sports and games during daytime and shows and competitions during night time.

Food & Beverages

The property’s buffet restaurant serves a wide range of hot and cold dishes, ranging from local Canarian to Italian and Asian. All dishes are prepared in the show kitchen, and are followed by a selection of desserts, fruits and ice cream. There is also a snack bar beside the pool.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 4.00 per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 8.00 per child under 12 years.  All inclusive costs EUR 25.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 12.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
