Duplex apartments: These apartments are designed to permit you complete independence and relaxation during your stay. On the ground floor you enter through a large garden terrace that takes you into the spacious lounge area. All apartments boast a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, vitroceramic stove), complemented by an American bar style design. The bathroom is on the upper floor and is accessible by the marble stairs. It features a massage bath and plenty of natural light. The bedroom has two comfortable single beds. On the terrace there are sun loungers allowing you to enjoy sunbathing in privacy.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
