If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
