■ By car From Johannesburg International Airport: ▪ Take the R21 to Pretoria. ▪ Stay on R21 till you reach the M10 - Hans Strijdom off ramp. ▪ Once on the M10, turn right at 3rd traffic light into Rubenstein. ▪ Bear right at split into Jacques, left into Norval and right into Frhensch.

Area information

A wide range of shopping centres, golf courses, medical facilities and restaurants is within a 15-minute drive. Pretoria attractions include the wonderful Zoo and Botanical Gardens, the Fountains Valley Nature Reserve, the Premier Diamond Mine, Gold Reef City, and the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve. Trips to Sun City casino and the Kruger National Park, the largest game reserve in South Africa, are also available.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
