By car: - Coming from any direction, follow the A3 motorway until exit Eisenstadt-Süd. - Exit the motorway and follow the signs to Rust/Mörbisch.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
