If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included.
