50% of the total amount has to be paid in advance via bank transfer. The hotel will contact you after you made the booking in order to exchange banking information. Please inform the hotel in advance if you arrive after 18:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
