Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. An excellent à la carte restaurant is located only a 1-minute walk away, serving Carinthian specialities and Mediterranean delicacies. Half-board can be booked directly at the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorise your credit card prior to arrival. Baby cots and extra beds are only available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Additional costs are not included in the total cost of the reservation and have to be paid separately at the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots.  All children from 7 to 15 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
