Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  One child under 18 years is charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
