Camp Aloft, the hotel's children's program, offers a special treat upon check-in as well as a variety of kid-friendly food options available at the on-site restaurant. The Alofts Arf program features special amenities for dogs, including a signature Aloft bed and free treats and toys.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Up to three further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
