Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  7 % service charge per person per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
