Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.875 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CAD 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 14 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
