Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. A USD 100 deposit is required for incidentals for guests paying cash and is refundable upon check out.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CAD 20.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of CAD 75 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.27 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 18.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
