Hotel details

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Rates are based on single/double occupancy, each additional person will be charged a fee per night. Check-in time is after 3 PM. For guests that anticipate arriving later than the hotel's check-in time please contact the hotel prior to arrival. There is no full-time reception desk; however, the hotel can arrange to accommodate guests specified check-in time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 8.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 30.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
