Hotel Du Manoir St. Denis is located in the Latin quarter of downtown Montreal where a wide multitude of restaurants from all origins including local meals, Asian, French, Italian, vegetarian and fast-food.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CAD 12.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
