Food & Beverages

The hotel offers menus from a wide variety of Montreal's finest restaurants, including a variety of food, through an a la carte express delivery service. Cafe style room service is also available from the Cafe Supreme located in the lobby.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. In order to access indoor parking, guests must first receive a voucher from the hotel's front desk.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 10.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CAD 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged CAD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
