La Coupole, the hotel's on-site restaurant, features an exceptional menu combining class French cuisine with the flavors of Quebec. The Millesime Cafe, also on-site, is a popular wine bar, boasting an extensive wine list along with homemade pastries and gourmet coffee.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
