Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Dogs are only accepted in Delta Rooms – Cage is mandatory when guest is not in the room – Cell phone is mandatory when the animal is left alone in his cage.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 13.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 24.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.26 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
