Please note that a deposit is required at the time of check-in. It will be returned at the end of the stay following inventory. Bed linen and towels are not provided in the apartment. These are available at an additional cost. At the end of the stay, guests must clean the apartment or pay an additional charge for the cleaning service. Weekly-stay rates - summer 2010: TV are available without charge. Bed and bath linen are also available at an additional charge. Night-stay rates -summer 2010: TV, Bed and bath linen are available without charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
